You should not buy for the worst week of the year
A workstation is specced for its hardest job. That job happens rarely. Every other day you carry the cost of a machine you are not using and watch it lose value while you do.
Rent the peak instead. Eight L40S for the afternoon of the deadline, one L4 for the fortnight of modelling before it, and nothing at all for the week you are on holiday.

A real Windows machine, not a sandbox
Plenty of services will run your render. Very few will let you install a licensed plugin, set a colour profile, tweak a registry key and leave it that way for a year.
A Studio is a full Windows install with admin rights and a persistent disk. Your setup is the point. We do not get to have opinions about it.

A bill you can predict in your head
Cloud pricing is usually a maze of instance families, committed use discounts, egress tiers and reserved capacity. You need a spreadsheet to find out what yesterday cost.
Ours is two numbers. An hourly rate while the machine is on, and a monthly fee for the disk. Prepaid, so it cannot surprise you at the end of the month.

Vpzzo is built by Eryson Web Services, a UK company. There is no sales team, no seat minimum and no procurement call. When you write in, the person who replies is the person who built the thing you are asking about.
