The things everyone asks
What am I actually paying for?
Two things. Compute, charged by the minute only while the Studio is running, and a flat monthly storage fee that keeps your disk, apps and Windows setup intact while it is off. Nothing else.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Your Studio stops safely and nothing is deleted. Your files stay on your storage and you can start again the moment you top up. We email you well before it happens, and auto top-up means it does not have to.
Can I change hardware later?
Yes. Move to any larger size in the L4 or L40S range at any time and keep everything installed. Storage can be increased too. Going smaller means creating a new Studio and moving your files across.
Is the machine really mine?
Yes. Every Studio is a dedicated Windows instance with its own GPU, never shared or time-sliced with another customer.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The desktop streams into a browser tab on Mac, PC or iPad. No client, no VPN, no drivers.
Are there subscriptions or minimums?
No. Top up what you want and use what you need. The only recurring charge is storage, and terminating a Studio credits back the unused part of the month.
