Refund Policy

1. The short version

Credit you have used is not refundable. Purchased credit you have not used is refundable on request, any time.

2. Used credit

Once credit has been consumed by Studio runtime, storage fees or data transfer, it has paid for a service you received and cannot be refunded.

3. Unused credit

The unused part of any credit you purchased can be refunded on request. Email support@vpzzo.com from your account email and we will refund it to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Promotional credit

Promotional credit and promotional pricing (for example a discounted or waived introductory charge) have no cash value and are not refundable. Promotional credit is consumed before purchased credit, so refunds never touch it, and a charge that was waived under an offer is not refunded as though it had been paid.

5. Storage fees

Storage is charged up front for each month. If you terminate a Studio part-way through a storage month, the unused portion is automatically credited back to your Vpzzo balance, where it counts as unused purchased credit and can be refunded on request like any other.
