Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vpzzo is operated by Eryson Web Services Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom ("Vpzzo", "we", "us"). These terms are a contract between you and Eryson Web Services Ltd. and govern your use of vpzzo.com, app.vpzzo.com and the Vpzzo service. You can reach us at support@vpzzo.com.

2. The service

Vpzzo provides dedicated cloud workstations ("Studios"): Windows machines with NVIDIA GPUs that you launch, stream to your own devices, and pay for by the minute. Each Studio has a persistent disk that is kept between sessions for a monthly storage fee.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service on behalf of a business.

4. Balance and billing

Vpzzo is prepaid. You top up a balance (minimum $10) by card via our payment provider, Stripe. While a Studio is running, its hourly rate is deducted from your balance, metered by the minute. The monthly storage fee for a Studio's disk is charged up front at the start of each storage month.

Data you upload to a Studio is free. Outbound data transfer includes 10 GB free per calendar month; beyond that it is charged at $1.50 per additional 10 GB, metered to the exact byte and deducted from your balance.

Promotional credit (for example welcome credit) has no cash value, may carry additional conditions, and is consumed before purchased credit.

5. Refunds

Credit you have already used (runtime, storage or data transfer you have consumed) is not refundable. Unused purchased credit is refundable on request. Promotional credit is not refundable. The full policy, including how to request a refund, is in our Refund Policy.

6. Running out of balance

If your balance reaches zero while a Studio is running, the Studio is stopped safely and nothing is deleted. Storage charges continue to accrue. If your balance stays insufficient to cover storage for 7 days after we notify you, we may terminate the Studio and delete its disk. We will always email you before that happens.

7. Your content and software licences

Everything you store on a Studio is yours. You are responsible for the software you install and for holding valid licences for it (bring your own licence). We do not provide licences for third-party software, and all product names on our site are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Vpzzo to:

• break the law, or store or distribute unlawful content;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy of others;
• mine cryptocurrency or run similar sustained financial compute without our prior written consent;
• attack, probe or disrupt networks or systems, send spam, or distribute malware;
• resell access to Studios or circumvent usage metering or account limits.

We may suspend or terminate Studios or accounts that breach this section, with notice where reasonable.

9. Availability and support

We work hard to keep Vpzzo available but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this time. Hardware capacity for new launches and size changes depends on cloud availability in your region. Support is available at support@vpzzo.com and from the dashboard.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, revenue or data), and our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

11. Termination

You can terminate Studios or close your account at any time from the dashboard. Terminating a Studio deletes its disk. Unused purchased credit remains refundable per the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vpzzo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory consumer protections.
