1. Who we are
Vpzzo is operated by Eryson Web Services Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@vpzzo.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, name and country, managed through our sign-in provider, Clerk.
- Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep records of top-ups, charges and invoices.
- Usage data: when your Studios run, their size, region, runtime minutes and data transfer, which we need to bill you accurately, plus activity logs of account actions.
- Communications: emails we exchange with you, sent via Resend.
- Cookies: essential cookies for sign-in and session state only. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
3. What lives on your Studio
The contents of your Studio's disk (your files, apps and Windows setup) are yours and under your control. We do not access them except where strictly necessary to operate the service, with your consent to resolve a support issue, or where the law requires it.
4. Why we process your data
We process personal data to provide the service you signed up for (contract), to bill accurately, secure the platform and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), and to meet our legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.
5. Who processes data for us
We use a small set of sub-processors to run Vpzzo: Amazon Web Services (Studio infrastructure and storage), Vercel (website and app hosting), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Neon (database) and Resend (email). Each processes data only on our instructions.
6. Where your data lives
Studios run in the US East (N. Virginia) or EU (Stockholm) regions; your Studio's disk stays in its region. Account and billing data may be processed in the UK, EU and US under appropriate safeguards (UK adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses).
7. How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for as long as required by law after it closes (typically 6 years for financial records in the UK). A Studio's disk is deleted when you terminate the Studio. Operational logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask for a copy in a portable format, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@vpzzo.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here and, if they are material, notify you by email before they take effect.
